As a small business navigating this uncertainty, we are striving to take of each individual as we would our own family while maximizing our availability for our entire patient base. With that balancing act in mind, we are implementing a new cancelation policy.
We understand that life moves rapidly. Cancellation requests made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment will not incur any fees, as we’ll be able to help a patient on our wait list who’s asked to see the doctor sooner.
Cancellations of appointments and IVs made within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee for 30 min. appointments and a $100 fee for all other appointments.
Reminders go out 72 and 48 hours in advance of your appointment to help avoid any fees. We appreciate your support in helping us help our entire ‘family’!
