To support provide a safe environment for patients and staff, we have adopted the following:

1) Patients and visitors must wear masks while on the premesis and will have your temperature checked when you enter the office. Hand sanitizer is also available.  

2) If you have a fever, or have had one in the last 72 hours, please do not come to the office.  We will be happy to reschedule, free of charge.

3) Consults can be conducted via phone or video conference.  Please call / email to set this up. 

Thank you for your help in slowing the spread of the coronavirus infection. 

4) Please refrain from wearing scents into our office to support our chemically sensitive patients.


CANCELATION POLICY: 

As the pandemic stretches on, ware deeply grateful for the trust and confidence all our patients place in us by making Case Integrative Health are part of their healing journey.  


As a small business navigating this uncertainty, we are striving to take of each individual as we would our own family while maximizing our availability for our entire patient base.  With that balancing act in mind, we are implementing a new cancelation policy.  

 

We understand that life moves rapidly.  Cancellation requests made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment will not incur any fees, as we’ll be able to help a patient on our wait list who’s asked to see the doctor sooner. 

 

Cancellations of appointments and IVs made within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee for 30 min. appointments and a $100 fee for all other appointments.  

 

Reminders go out 72 and 48 hours in advance of your appointment to help avoid any fees.  We appreciate your support in helping us help our entire ‘family’!
