Case Integrative Health Update:

Our office will be closed on Monday, 5/25, for the holiday and will reopen on Tuesday, 5/26. During this time, there may be a delay in returning phone calls and messages. To help us respond to everyone as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you limit PPQ submissions, as multiple messages may lead to additional delays.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and will return all messages and calls as soon as possible once we reopen.

Please allow 3-5 business days for portal requests and 5 business days for RX refills.

Please remember to update any New Insurance information for lab and prescription refills, either in office or through the patient portal, to avoid delays. Please arrive 15 mins prior to your visit to allow time for vitals, paperwork, and questions.
